Farm raised lamb
All our meat is Free Range
Our stock is fed on mostly grass which is supplemented in the colder months with hay, a little crushed barley and sugar beet, with a natural mineral supplement .
All the breeding stock is tested for Brucellose, also vaccinated against FCO (Bluetongue), and wormed regularly.
All animals are tagged and registered,and controlled periodically be the DSV (Departmental veterinary service)
Lamb can be sold already abbatoir killed (so that the meat is 'stamped' fit for human consumption.)
Either in halves for you to butcher yourself, or professionally butchered in a controlled environment and packed into cartons of half or a whole lamb.
