Our lambs are abbatoir killed, we feel this is the quickest , most humane and hygenic way.
The meat is inspected by a vet at the abbatoir and passed as fit for human consumption. It is then stamped accordingly on the surface of the meat and can be legally sold or exchanged.
If you wish you may order prepared and butchered lamb ready for the freezer.It is prepared and packed by the abbatoir in a carefully controlled environment.
Packed beautifully in either half or whole lamb sizes.
Can also be vacuum packed if required.
